Councils Youth meet Lazio le Conseil de la Jeunesse in Paris
Friday, March 14, a representative of the Municipal Councils of Young boys Lazio went to Paris for a meeting with the guys from the Conseil de la Jeunesse in the French capital, a body composed of one hundred children with a aged between 13 and 25 years. This was a very constructive confrontation that involved children from all provinces of the region, among which the representatives of Vetralla, Capranica, Grotte Di Castro Ischia Di Castro, Celleno, and Vignanello Bomarzo.
During the meeting, held both in French and in Italian, our delegations have stated what is the structure of the Youth Council: their operation, regulation, activities undertaken, the objectives achieved and those being of course, but above all, our boys were able to appreciate and learn from what assumptions have been born to the Conseil de la Jeunesse, what are the rules and conditions governing that they allow the operation and especially the spirit "apartisan" that makes it thoroughly modern institution that can develop initiatives, conferences and events involving the entire youth population of the city as a whole. This Council reports directly to the mayor of Paris and each session shall be a representative of the City Council increased; also be given the opportunity a fund of 80 000 € for the implementation of the program. Similarly
boys Parisians welcomed the idea of \u200b\u200ba "youth card", an initiative of the reason that Lazio has as its goal to increase the opportunities of young people with an increasing number of conventions in the area.
The boys of our city councils have also been able to appreciate the functionality of the "Maison des Initiatives Etudiantes" in Paris, a structure created some years ago by the City of Paris open to numerous youth organizations and university in general, giving them a place where to undertake cultural activities such as theater, music and painting, as well as the development provision of photocopiers, faxes and telephones, video material for the production of images and PAO for magazines and all this for free, here was also created a radio station run entirely by students. Of course, all costs are borne by the structure of 'government, which facilitates the popularity among students.
In conclusion, this was a very productive meeting that allowed us to establish relations with the Conseil de la Jeunesse in Paris, but has also cemented the relationship of collaboration between the tips of our common will to involve an increasing number of Lazio boys.
All this against the backdrop of one of the most fascinating capitals of Europe.
