How Do You Stick Polystyrene

Just three days ago there was our meeting with the mayor to join us too, in part, in the speech of the 2008 Budget some of our proposals. First I will list here the material that we have brought him:

CITY COUNCIL OF YOUNG

1) The first proposal is the request for a fund for the creation and installation of four Box Informazioni. Questi una volta montati in varie parti del paese, serviranno per dare vita al vero compito assegnato al Comune Giovani, ossia quello di informare i giovani di tutto quello che accade e viene proposto all’interno del mondo dell’amministrazione locale.
2) Chiediamo, come ci spetta, una nostra sede autonoma dove poter posizionare un computer che richiederemo con i soldi assegnatici dalla regione per la gestione del Consiglio. Questo computer ci servirà principalmente come archivio e secondariamente poi, se potremmo usufruire anche di un collegamento internet, attraverso l’istallazione di “Skype” verrà utilizzato come telefono pubblico per chiunque voglia usufruire del servizio.

7) We, together with the children of the City of Capranica, a shuttle bus to bring the boys to dance in the premises close to the two countries so as to avoid the problem of death on Saturday evening.

8) We joined with the Association of Volleyball Vetralla greater clarity on the situation Care of the gym.

OVER THESE PROPOSALS, WE CONSIDERED THE MOST IMPORTANT AND PRECISELY THOSE IN NEED MAGGIORMANTE ECONOMIC AID TO FLOW AND TIME WAS ALSO GIVEN A PACKAGE SENT BY REGION WITH WRITTEN ALL OVER THE FUNCTIONS WHICH THE CITY IS ATTEMPTING towards us:

FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES OF MUNICIPALITIES

The municipal or municipal government, which set up youth councils and / or Councils of Children and Youth shall respectively:
a) Youth Council
- provide regular and advance the Youth Council copies of the documents on or relating to young people, that the municipality intends to put in place in fulfilling its administrative functions at the end of the expression of opinion on mandatory but not binding;

- invitare il Presidente del Consiglio dei Giovani alle sedute della Giunta Comunale che abbiano tra i punti all’ordine del giorno tematiche inerenti i giovani;
- prevedere, ove possibile, nel bilancio di competenza un contributo fisso, seppure di minima entità, per le attività del Consiglio dei Giovani;
- coinvolgere in via prioritaria il Consiglio dei Giovani nei processi di partecipazione eventualmente attivati dall’Amministrazione comunale in attuazione di quanto previsto dalla L.R. n. 16/2005 (Bilancio Partecipato) ed anche ai fini di quanto previsto dagli articoli 34 e 35 della L.R. 28 dicembre 2007, n. 26 “Legge regionale finanziaria per l’esercizio 2008” ;

L’INCOTRO è APPARSO MOLTO POSITIVO IL SINDACO CI HA DATO (per lo meno ce l’ha detto!) TUTTO IL SUO APPOGGIO PER FAR SI CHE LE NOSTRE RICHIESTE VENGANO SOSTENUTE E TRA UNA BATTUTINA E L’ALTRA CI HA FATTO CAPIRE QUALI PIU PROBABILMENTE SARANNO PORTATE A TERMINE. CMQ TRA POCO AVREMO UN INCONTRO CON LA GIUNTA COMUNALE PER VEDERE QUALI SARANNO NEL 2008 LE POLITICHE SPESE A FAVORE DEI GIOVANI DI VETRALLA.
