Fiscal pressure, Italy's third world
in 2009 with the tax to 43.5% of GDP exceeded even Belgium. Now we are just in front of Sweden and Denmark

PRESSURE - In Italy the tax burden has increased from 43.3% of gross domestic product in 2008 to 43.5% in 2009. Il Bel Paese thereby exceed Belgium, in 2009, due to the weight of the tax net decrease of one percentage point, from 44.2% in 2008 to 43.2%. First of Italy in 2009 are, therefore, only Denmark (48.2%) and Sweden (46.4%).

Italy has the lowest employment rate among young graduates and the greater percentage of "false self": in fact, in 2008 approximately 10% of young Italian was self-employed without employees, compared to an average of 3% in ' eu. Among the employed also still shows the study, 44.4% had a precarious employment, and 18.8% work part time. As for the unemployed, more than 40% are unemployed for a long time, and 15.9% do not study or work: among them 6.7 million are in search of employment while another 10 million have stopped looking.
