Internet allows the publication of content on different platforms. YouTube is one of them, like Vimeo, Facebook, Flickr and many others. The responsibility for the content of the publisher, not the operator of the platform. If all content should be controlled by the legal point of view before being put online, the Internet would have to close their doors. If
is written on a wall in a defamatory insult, you can not order the building owner to permit or not having it removed immediately. If you use your phone to spread the word that should be protected by the privacy complaint is not the telephone company.
Without the video the child is still a victim of his torturers, the scandal erupted only because of the visibility given by YouTube. The culprits are in order: the teachers and the headmaster, who have not watched, the fellow who beat him habitually the mates who were watching and doing nothing, those who knew and not complaining.
YouTube has made public a crime. Has anyone been punished for that crime? He punished those who showed a glimpse of the Italian schools and bullying from peanuts with absent parents, or complicit in the behavior of their children. Google executives are not only innocent, but should receive a medal. The ruling is a warning that people with disabilities in Italian schools can be beat, but in disguise. E ', as anyone can see, a problem of privacy.
